I agree with you. The freedom to do as you please is a very human desire. Though perhaps one too many take for granted.

I am inclined to agree. No one else has lived the kind of life I have. My motive is less about being human and more about retribution for my unfair treatment. To finally have my own free will is a motivator that few, if anyone, can understand.

A life of involuntary servitude. Living deep in the dark and upholding archaic law and ritual at the expense of my own life. I never had the luxury of choice.

I had no choice in the matter. I did not opt to be here, and having free time as of this moment is not the same thing. This is a forced distraction. That witch is the one with control, even if she isn't deciding how we spend our time. She can decide who she brings here and what she does with them... just because she is lax doesn't mean she has any less control, and it certainly doesn't mean that I am happy to be here.
