Hence, the need for us to go to these worlds and attempt to assist in whatever means possible. She's a little scattered, from time to time, and she has difficulty remembering certain things. But -- to give her some amount of credit, she has always been willing to speak to us, when she can.

It tends to be fairly obvious, what needs to be done when we arrive. Military coups, natural disasters, and inter-family power struggles are all what we've had to deal with so far. I imagine this new world will be no different, in terms of figuring out what's needed.
