She already knows you're from a few months ahead of her right?

[He thinks for a moment, rubbing at his chin.] This is going to sound weird, but we're dealing with mixed up timelines so work with me for a moment. Tell her...that you want to share some things with her that a version of her didn't take very well, that you want her to be ready to hear them. Let the decision be hers to make and I would probably emphasize to her that you DO plan on sharing this information, you just want to make sure she's in the right emotional and mental space to handle it. I think the key here is making sure SHE gets to choose when she gets the information, that will help avoid the 'you're hiding something from me just like they were' problem.

[He taps his hand against the chair.]
