So, asking for a friend: let's say someone was a falsely accused war criminal wanted on an intergalactic level back at home. Would he have any reason to worry about showing his face here?

That depends on what the war criminal did, I guess. Or, what they didn't do.

He kidnapped a puppy. The Royal Puppy.

Oh! Does this mean he angered the Canissian Crown? I can get why he'd want to hide from them then.

Their proclamations for arrest and trial only last for I think a century and maybe is only after him and his immediate family members. Just stay out of their terrorise for a hundred years and you're good as gold.

No. Why would I do that when it comes to the Canissians? That's how you get on their bad side in the first place.

Haven't heard of 'em, personally. What planet they from?

Oh. I guess that makes sense. [ different universes, meaning some places and races might not exist at all. right. ]

They're from planet Orionus, part of the Starfalls sector and a member of the Galactic Union of Worlds. They're a really serious bunch and take offense real easily. My crew and I would do our best to avoid anyone from there much as possible.

Yup. Completely foreign to me. We've got something similar to what your Galactic Union sounds like -- the Alliance, but I doubt it's exactly the same.

Interesting how these things pan out.

That's how a crewmate of mine, Paradox, explains why some things stay the same across universes or have variations in them, be it minor or major. Or, you know, don't exist at all.

Kidnapping a dog, the Royal Family's dog at that, is tantamount to treason. Or something serious as that.

Though I don't think that would cause any issues, unless someone from the Royal Family winds up here. If so, we might just have to hide him.

If someone from the Royal Family does come here, I'm making it known now that I don't want to be the Second for the duel they'll definitely spring up on the poor guy if they find out he's here.

Unless Lady Astoria decides to, I don't know, make them go back- They're here and part of the group. So we gotta make due. It happens to the best of us, you know?

Maybe she can get them to get along if it ever comes to that. As long as he behaves and doesn't try to steal anyone else's puppy.

Exactly! And in case he can't help himself, we've gotta help him out in resisting those puppy-stealing ways. That's what a team is meant to do, you know?

Help each other out, I mean. Not making sure someone is not constantly stealing puppies.

That's a lot exciting than I thought. If he's just a puppy kidnapper, I don't think anyone would really have much of a problem.
