At this point in my life I think I prefer small government to a massive system inevitably biased against some group of people regardless of actual criminal actions.

On the other hand, I think under these laws I can steal everyone's pets.

You could, but you'd have to deal with the the repercussions from the people whose pets you stole.

Or, depending, it could be considered harm. I'd be extremely hurt if you stole my cat. He's a very good cat. Helped me through a difficult time.
