Okay! So I've been meaning to ask this for a little while. But I'm curious to see what sort of weapons everyone here has. We're all from different worlds, right? So we probably don't all use the same sort of stuff when we get into a fight.

I'll start us off.

[She shifts the camera over to show off a very high tech looking red scythe.]

So this is Crescent Rose. She's my baby, I made her myself back at school. She's a Scythe that can change into a sniper rifle. Perfect for short and long range combat.

[And now her face is right back in front of the camera.]

So come on! Don't be shy! Show me what you got!

I mostly use knives.
No such luck or skill with guns.

That amount of artistry is impressive, though.
You must be skilled, to create something that intricate.

Hey, knives are cool too. Do you get up close and personal with them or do you go all throwey with them? Or both?

[Her face goes red and she rubs the back of her head.]

D'awwww. I guess you could say that. I ended up getting a lot of guidance from my uncle when it came to putting it together initially. I could probably put it back together from scratch these days though.

[wraithes]

Close combat, mostly, but I can throw them if necessary.
I usually try not to give people the opportunity to duck.

Is it a family business, then?
Weapon-building.

You sound tough! I like that.

Kind of? sorta? We're all Huntsman or Huntresses which basically involves a lot of monster hunting. Weapon building and repair kind of comes with the job so we're all pretty darn alright at it.

[wraithes]

I am moderately tough.

[ an understatement, but ruby's comment makes her smile. ]

What do you hunt?

Nice! I'm somewhere between moderately and super tough. Or at least I like to think so.

Mostly monsters called Grimm where I'm from. They're generally big black furry things with bones, claws and glowing eyes. Not the kinds of thing people normally want to run into.

[wraithes]

[ that sounds familiar... ]

You must know Yang Xiao Long, then. Or knew her, when she was here.

Fighting monsters isn't something I have experience with. My foes are usually more human, than not.

[Oh. Ruby really needed to find out who all Yang knew around here.]

Yeah, She's my sister actually. I guess I'll be seeing her whenever I get back home. If I remember I'll tell her you said hi?

That's fair. We have to fight our fair share of those as well. We'd rather focus on the monsters those.

[wraithes]

She was of a great comfort to me, on the Horologium. I would be grateful, if you could give her my thanks.

At any rate, you seem to be capable. On multiple fronts. The Circle is lucky to have someone like yourself, among our ranks.
