If I attempted to convince a citizen here to let me try out the Mass Subconscious thing out - Where does that land on the ‘good idea’ scale that ranges from one to ten?

But quick clarification on the same page: When you mean 'network' - Do you mean using this network or network as in making connections?

I've done stuff like that before, yeah. It's called system sharing where I'm from. It's mostly used for medical procedures and checkups but it should be close enough for what I'm planning here?
