[ Right... The watch thing can function as a phone, is what Minato had been told, though it's been largely silence on his wrist and he hardly ever bothers with it. The lack of correspondence is normal and is fine with him, but it's times like this where he thinks it useful for reaching out to people, both who he's talked to and not. ]

Just wondering... Does anybody have a dog, or knows how to take care of dogs? Or know if it's okay for a dog to eat nothing but curry for a week...

[ The answer to his last question is obviously a "no," but it leads to the question he's implying but doesn't really want to admit. AKA he has no idea what to feed a dog, as he was the one in charge of taking his out for a walk but not of meals, and it's since dawned on him that a strict diet of curry isn't the best for either people or dogs.


For those who'd rather speak in person, Minato will most likely be found in his room, laying flat on his back on his bed, Koromaru flopped over on his stomach. Both of them seem listless— the usual, for Minato, but quite unusual for the dog who'd be the first to jump to his feet to greet you at the door. ]

As much as required, though I seem to have come into one as my personal vassal. For one reason or another, he happens to favor apples, but he is of a different kind of species entirely.

What sort of vassal is he?

A flying lizard who doesn't know when to stop talking.

[ Who he knows is actually probably a dragon, but he'll keep that to himself. Best not to arouse speculation. ]

You'd know if he were here. I wouldn't recommend repeating his diet elsewhere.

A lizard that eats apples instead of bugs, huh. I imagine he's pretty big, then...
Wish Koromaru could talk sometimes. It'd make it easier to understand.

Far from it. About the size of a household cat yet somehow twice as irritating.

[ Still, Vyrn has his good points from time to time... when he's not constantly forgetting how to speak with an 'indoor' voice. ]

I much prefer them silent unless there's good reason for them to bark. Consider yourself fortunate.

I haven't interacted with many cats, but I don't find them very annoying. I wish I could meet your lizard someday. Maybe when we get this whole teleporting thing figured out.

Of all the fascinating things from my world, yet the lizard is what you wish to see first? Such simple tastes, but a proper tour is in order when we return. I will arrange one with my vassals.

[ He's confident he will find a way out of here and back home. He just hasn't figured quite how to do that yet. ]

I'd love to see the rest of your world, but starting small makes sense, right? Even though talking lizards seem like a pretty big deal already...

[gluhen]

You should strive to soar to greater heights than that. Tell yourself you would like to see everything. Even I have not traveled to every corner of the skydom, yet I intend to. A king confined to his own castle will learn very little from the thoughts already looming in his head.

King, huh? Honored to meet you. If that's the case... are you having fun being here? Getting to see somewhere new?

[gluhen]

Only a metaphor. I am no king.

[ Though he wishes to be a leader far better than his father. Far better than his brother as well. One that will ensure peace instead of create chaos. ]

I do admit that I had never intended to travel this far out of the realm, but it has its merits. I plan to share word of this land when I return for future explorers. Once I have learned all there is to learn.

Sounds like you'd make a good one, though.
I wonder if it's worth exploring, after we do what we'd been brought here to do. There's no other people, from what I can tell. Maybe it's better to let this place be.

[gluhen]

And remain ignorant? While I do agree there is danger to exploring beyond one's means, measured risks also pave the way for growth. If needed, I would undertake the task myself.

[ It is why he left Feendrache to begin with. He knew there was much he could learn rather than to surrender himself to the pitfalls of cynicism after his trusted friend had run away. ]

Not that it's dangerous, but...
I guess when things are peaceful, I don't feel like meddling just to satisfy curiosity. Would rather let things be.
But I guess if worlds need fixing, they're not all peaceful and would appreciate the meddling.

There is always room for progress and improvement. Complacency might be our greatest enemy.

[ And it's so easy to succumb to the allure of it. He can't let that happen to him here no matter what. He must find a way to get them all back to their own worlds. ]

I won't burden you with it, but I intend to always keep searching for answers.

Yeah... People say I'm too easy going. Accepting, and all that. So I'm glad there's people like you in the world.

[gluhen]

Rather than rely on people like me, isn't about time you become more serious?

Uh. I guess?
It's not something I'm really good at, though. Or know how to do.

Not with such a poor attitude. You'll only change as much as you're willing, and the ability is all within your gasp. Think on it more. I've said my part.
