There really is no way of knowing, unless you've experienced it yourself. Perhaps there is someone here who has...I recall someone posting something on the network about returning.

According to Astoria she loses connection with us. You've probably heard that by now.

There's no telling if that's true or not. But, something does take some of us home then bring us back over the course of a night or more. She doesn't know what or who is responsible for that.

Those that experience that return from later in their universe's timeline.

But doesn't that also mean her connection is the thing holding us here? I'm not saying I don't want to help but it just seems a little strange.

She told me the temple and her together make the call that brings us to her. It's possible just she holds our connection.

...But it's possible the temple also holds a portion of it. If that's correct.
